In this 6 week #surferstrong challenge, you will get points each time you complete one of our 4 #surferstrong practices that if followed, can truly change your life. Challenge yourself to:
MINDSET| meditation (1X/Week)
The best part about our fitness challenge is that the benefits don't run out once the 6 weeks is over. Working out and moving your body become as much of a part of your day as brushing your teeth. Your eating habits improve. Energy levels improve. You will feel more positive, empowered and motivated. You will become more mindful and aware of your own limiting beliefs and work towards overcoming them. All around, you’ll be… STOKED ON LIFE AND FEEL AWESOME!
SIMPLE. IT TAKES 3 STEPS. THAT'S IT.
1. Do one of the 4 #surferstrong practices (move | mindset | nutrition | connect)
2. Snap a photo to prove what you’ve done and share it on our private app (we want to see the stoke and salt on your face!)
3. Share your stoke, give a fist pump or inspire another #surferstrong crew member on our private app
Each time you track a #surferstrong practice and share some stoke on our app, you get points! At the end of each week you will get an email of a leaderboard (not to be competitive, but this is a good motivator!).
