HOW DO I ACCESS THE PRACTICE?
Once you register online to The Practice platform (http://the-practice.teachable.com), login and your course will automatically appear. Your 5 workout videos and 1 mindset lesson per week will become available every 6 days. Once you complete a section, you can always revisit the module as long as your subscription is active. You will not be able to skip ahead in the course.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?
Aside from the online workouts and mindset videos, the Practice also includes bonus content from trusted health experts each month from nutrition tips, recipes to rolling and yoga. As well, twice a month you will have the opportunity to connect online in our exclusive members only Live group movement and coaching sessions.
DO I GET TO INTERACT WITH MALLORY AND THE COMMUNITY?
There are many different ways we can connect!
1) The first option is to participate in our pre-scheduled Live Group Coaching sessions online where we do a workout followed by a conversation and question/answer period.
2) Attend an SRF Vacation retreat with Mallory
3) Attend a Live Event with Mallory (if one isn't schedule where you live, make a request!)
4) Leave a comment or question on our internal private Facebook Group, or on the online Practice platform.
5) Inquire about private coaching sessions with Mallory
DO I NEED EQUIPMENT TO TAKE PART IN THE PRACTICE?
The Practice program is perfect for working out at home or traveling. The first month is body weight based exercises with the need for stairs or steps to work off of. In month two and three loop bands and mini fit balls will be incorporated into the workouts. IF you have weights or other equipment, we strongly encourage you to add them into the body weight movements for an extra challenge.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO DO THE PRACTICE?
There is no specific fitness level requirement needed to join the Practice. There are two variations to each exercise to help ease beginners (or kooks as we call this variation) into the Practice, and give seasoned movers a challenge to help everyone progress and stay motivated. If you have an injury or a serious medical condition, you need to be approved by your physician to partake in this program.
IS THE PRACTICE JUST FOR FEMALES?
EVERYONE is welcome to participate in The Practice, the minimum age requirement is 16 years of age.
HOW LONG ARE THE PRACTICES?
The movement Practices are set up to take no more than 30 minutes, however if you workout for less than 30 minutes that is okay! The point it to get into the daily habit of moving your body. The mindset Practices are typically 30-40 minutes as well, however depending on how much reflection or writing you do it may take longer.
HOW MUCH IS THE PRACTICE?
Try it FOR FREE for an entire month, yep! After your free trial, the monthly subscription for the Full Practice is $49 (USD) per month.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
The Practice is an ongoing subscription, that can be canceled at any time without any penalty or fees. We are pretty sure you won't because it's that awesome!
IF I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP WHAT HAPPENS TO THE CONTENT?
You can download the mindset PDF lessons, however the video content will no longer be available when your membership is forfeited.
